FAQ
1. WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME:

2-3 working days for standard jobs (postcards, posters, business cards etc..)
Brochures, catalogues, folders, and jobs needing folding, scoring, or any type of binding is usually an additional 2 days.

2. WHAT TYPE OF FILES ARE NEEDED TO PRINT:

Anything compatible with Photoshop or Illustrator. PSD, PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPG.
Files should be 300DPI(resolution), CMYK (color format). Leave 1/8” around entire artwork for bleed(cutting)

3. CAN YOU SEND ME A PROOF?

We can send you a proof via email, so that you can make sure the files are in-tact, and that nothing has shifted or changed. If you want a color proof, we can do one for a $50 charge as long as its no larger than 8.5x11. Anything larger than 8.5x11 is quoted per job.

4. DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT?

If paying by credit card, we will take down the credit card information, but your card will not be charged until you pick up your order. If paying by check or cash, you can pay when you pick up.

5. CAN I GET MY PRINTING ON A MATTE STOCK?

All of our paper is a coated stock, which gives it a gloss look, then we add an additional UV coating to give it more of a shine. You can request to not have the additional UV coating for an additional $25 charge (spot UV) Spot UV gives you the option to add the UV to any specified area, you desire. You can make patterns, shapes, or anything you’d like.

6. DO YOU DELIVER?

We can deliver anywhere locally or by ship via UPS, or Southwest Airlines.
UPS deliveries usually will get to local destinations next day (using the “ground” option).

7. WHAT TYPE OF PRINTERS DO YOU HAVE?

We print offset using Heidelberg 40 inch Speedmaster 5 Color press, and a MAN Roland 40 inch 7 color press.

We print digital products using Minolta technologies.

8. Whats the most common item ordered?

Postcard, 3 sizes available: 1/4 Page (5.5x4.25), 4x6 (standard post office size), 5x7 (larger size)

Business Card: 3.75 x 2.25, cuts down to 3.5 x 2, make sure you bleed the background out to the edge of the document.

One Sheet: One sheets are identified differently in every industry. Movie posters (27.5x40), Business (8.5x11), In real estate they are often called flyers.
