A wedding suite is the first thing guests touch before they ever meet the couple. The paper, the weight, the color of the envelope liner — it sets expectations for the entire day.

The Full Suite
A complete suite usually means:
- Save-the-dates — sent 6–8 months out
- Invitation + RSVP + details card — the main piece, 4–6 months out
- Menus and programs — printed 2–4 weeks out once the vendor details are locked
- Day-of signage — welcome signs, seating charts, thank-you notes
- Thank-you cards — sent within 2 months of the wedding
We can print any one of these, or all of them on the same master run to keep colors, stocks, and finishes consistent across the whole suite.
Why hemp and cotton matter
Hemp paper is durable, textured, and historically the stock the US Constitution was printed on. It takes a letterpress impression beautifully and absorbs more CO₂ per acre than trees while it grows.
Cotton paper, made from reclaimed t-shirt cotton, is the soft luxe-touch option most invitation suites use. Tree-free, biodegradable, and ages better than any coated stock — your grandchildren can read these.
Sugarcane bagasse is the fiber byproduct left after sugarcane is pressed for juice. Bright, slightly warm, and carbon-smart. Best for couples whose aesthetic leans bright and modern rather than textured and traditional.
Timeline
- 12 weeks out: STD, branding decisions, paper sampling
- 6–8 weeks out: Invitation proof, envelope decisions, foil/letterpress lead time
- 2–4 weeks out: Menus, programs, signage
- Day of: We’ve delivered, you’re dancing
